Registration and prepayment

Complete the interest form first. Staff will confirm arrangements based on places and registration conditions.
After email confirmation, pay CNY 2,000 per person, per departure. This is credited in full towards the trip price once the group forms. Submitting a form alone does not secure a booking; confirmation and payment arrangements apply.
Where priority must be established, form-submission time takes precedence, followed by the time of prepayment or full payment. Verbal or written assurances from staff do not confer priority.
Maximum 16 travellers; minimum 10 for a group to form. Registration closes 60 days before departure.

Group confirmation and refunds

Before group confirmation, you may cancel if your plans change. A full refund of the prepayment to the original payment method will be processed within one working day of receiving your email request.
If the agreed minimum group size is not reached, written notice will be given no later than 60 days before departure and the prepayment will be refunded.
After group confirmation, cancellation refunds are calculated under the signed agreement and applicable travel contract after necessary costs are deducted. The CNY 2,000 prepayment is not automatically non-refundable.

Contract and balance payment

In principle, the formal outbound group-tour contract should be signed within five calendar days of written group confirmation.
Within three calendar days of signing, pay the balance, less the prepayment, to the travel agency’s corporate account specified in the contract.
If you cannot sign or pay on time, contact staff in advance to discuss arrangements.

Cancellation and visa arrangements

You may request termination of the travel contract before departure. Refunds and deductions for necessary costs follow the formal contract and applicable law.
Visa-application assistance is available without an agency service fee. Embassy, visa-centre and third-party charges follow the product information and contract. Prepare early and, in principle, submit the visa application at least 60 days in advance.
Special visa-refusal provision: if you submit genuine, complete materials on time as required, but receive a refusal within the 15 calendar days before departure and cannot travel, paid trip fees will be refunded except for airfare, visa-application fees and visa-insurance fees that have actually been incurred and cannot be refunded. Refusals at other times or for other reasons are handled under the travel contract and any specific written agreement.

Accommodation and room-sharing

If travelling alone and requesting same-gender room-sharing, note this on the form. Staff will try to arrange it, but a match is not guaranteed.
If a match cannot be found, staff will explain the single-room supplement and available options in advance and arrange them after your confirmation. No single-room supplement applies when room-sharing is arranged.
